Can we live at home during the remodel?
Yes — most people do. We set up a temp kitchen area, keep dust contained, and time appliance disconnects around when you need them.
Do you supply cabinets or do I buy them?
Either works. If you supply, no markup — just labor. If we source, we add a 15–20% material handling fee but save you the pickup and coordination.
What about electrical and plumbing work?
Basic hookups yes. New circuits or major relocations go to licensed subs we work with regularly.
