The story
I started Ed's Renovation in 2015 after almost a decade of hands-on construction work in Europe, and built it into a Top Pro-rated renovation business over 11 years. Now based on the Gulf Coast, we bring those same standards to Sarasota-area homes: honest estimates, showing up on time, and work we stand behind.
I set out to be different. Show up on time. Give honest estimates. Do the prep work no one wants to do. Stand behind every job with a real warranty.

How we work
Every job starts with a free walk-through. We look at what you want, ask about your timeline and budget, and give you a straight answer about scope.
Within 48 hours, you get a written estimate. Line-item detail. Nothing hidden. If we don't think a project is right for you, we'll say so.
Once you sign, we schedule fast. Deposit is one-third at signing, balance on completion. On mid-size and larger projects we set milestone payments.
Every day we're on your property, we clean up before we leave. Every day. That's the small thing that shows respect.
